How to Become a Sparrow Provider

At Sparrow, we partner with skilled, local professionals who want to grow their business and deliver high-quality service. As a SparrowPro provider, you're not just taking jobs - you're representing our brand and building a great income.
Who can apply: Applicants must be 18 years or older, U.S. citizens, and operate as a U.S. based company.
Steps
1. Identity check
Complete a secure online ID verification (photo ID + selfie). This keeps our network trusted and safe for everyone.
2. Complete your application
Tell us about your business: services, coverage area, credentials, and references. This helps us match you with the right opportunities.
3. Agree to terms & conditions
To keep our network strong, providers agree to a few basics:
-Use of our technology (check-in/out, before & after photos, quality notes)
-No direct solicitation of Sparrow customers
-Minimum insurance: $1M liability, $1M auto, state-required workers’ comp
-Payment terms: processed within 5–10 days after Sparrow receives customer payment; total cycle 35–40 days for standard, 65–70 for enterprise
4. Pay application fee
The one-time application fee covers the identity check, credential review, insurance review, and network onboarding for qualified partnerships into Sparrow's exclusive contractor network.
Application Review:
Your application will be reviewed within 3-5 business days. If approved, you'll receive onboarding materials and gain access to our job platform.
Note: Completing an application does not guarantee work but is the first step toward earning more with Sparrow.
